The Board is the governing body of the Buckeye Retriever Club. Members of the Board are elected at the club's annual dinner meeting in January to a four year term. Nominations are taken by the nominating committee through the fall months and the nominees are announced in the fall newsletter. Any member in good standing is eligible to assume a leadership role in the Buckeye Retriever Club. The Board deals with issues of grounds and equipment maintainance, event scheduling, legislative issues important to retriever enthusiasts, maintaining a relationship with the AKC as well as the ODNR and its officers, club membership, grounds use policies and the list could go on. Please consider becoming an active part of our wonderful club.
